These terms apply when you use this website or buy a beat from ManuelMadeThis. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

ManuelMadeThis is a music producer based in Ghana, selling original beats (instrumentals) through this website.

Every beat is sold with a licence. The licence decides which files you get and how you may use the beat.

Prices are set in Ghana cedis. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for your convenience.

Payments are handled by Paystack. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds, and your files are delivered as described on our Delivery page.

Lease licences are non-exclusive: the beat stays on sale and other artists can licence it too.
An Exclusive licence gives you sole rights to use the beat, and it is taken off sale.
A licence is for you only. It can't be resold or passed on to someone else.
ManuelMadeThis keeps the copyright in the beat itself unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Resell, share or upload the beat files themselves, on their own or as part of a sample pack.
Claim the beat as your own production.
Register the beat on its own, without your vocals, with Content ID or a similar system.

Credit the producer as “Prod. by ManuelMadeThis” wherever your song's credits are listed.

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
