Delivery

How you get your beats

Once your payment goes through on Paystack, we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within a few minutes.

Free beats are delivered the same way, without the payment step.

What you receive

The files you get depend on the licence you choose:

• MP3 Lease: MP3
• WAV Lease: MP3, WAV
• Trackout Lease: MP3, WAV, Stems
• Exclusive: MP3, WAV, Stems, Exclusive rights

Download limit

Your download link works 5 times. After the fifth download it expires, so save your files somewhere safe, such as cloud storage, as soon as you have them.

If your link expires before you have your files, contact us and we'll help.

If your email doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first, and make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

If it still hasn't arrived within an hour, contact us with the email address and phone number you used at checkout and we'll send it again.
